No complains at all, the hotel suited the needs. Comfy bed, satisfying breakfast, beautiful location. Food was nice and fine. We enjoyed the amenities, such as an iron, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Moreover, we left our car in the free parking.

We greatly enjoyed this place. The hotel is modern - good sized rooms and large beds. It's 4-6 minutes walking distance from victory pub and kitchen with nice drinks and cocktails;))

verve grill, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. perfect base for a city break in kingston upon hull! definitely would like to stay longer.
